Miller's Run offers support in early math through the Math Recovery program. This is a program that provides individual instruction to our primary students who need extra support in order to do well in their classroom math program. Math Recovery was developed in Australia in the early 1990's and has been used throughout Australia, The United Kingdom and the United States with much success. Teachers who are trained in the constructivist approach to math lead students through carefully chosen investigations that lead children forward in their math thinking and understanding.
At Miller's Run the program is taught by Barbara Miller.
